We make it easy to order a custom plush for your business, team or organization.
How it Works
#1. Get a Quote
Visit our quotation page and fill in our user-friendly form. Share full specifications of your customized plush toys and submit design artwork, hand-drawn sketches are also accepted. As a manufacturer with independent plush fabric production lines, we require comprehensive information to provide precise pricing. Our quotation normally covers dedicated project coordination, product fabrication, quality testing, label attachment, hang tags and logistics. Most entries on the form are mandatory so we can fully grasp your custom project demands.
#2. Order your Sample
Prototype creation normally takes roughly 3–4 weeks based on how intricate your design is. After repeated adjustments to perfect the sample, we deliver physical prototypes for your verification. Upon your approval, we proceed to mass manufacturing. A 50% deposit is required to kick off bulk production of your customized plush merchandise. Supported by our in-house fabric R&D capacity, our project coordinators assist you in turning your design concepts into tangible products. The standard lead time for branded custom plush items ranges from 90 to 120 days.
#3. Order Completed & Shipped
Once bulk manufacturing commences, all customized promotional plush goods undergo strict quality checks. We validate unit pricing alongside our internal production team. Unit rates may be adjusted due to design alterations, dimension modifications, fabric replacement or upgraded craftsmanship. Full payment for your custom plush products must be completed before goods are dispatched to your designated destination.
